Vehicle Technician / Automotive Mechanic – Level 3 Plus £750 Signing Bonus!

Location: Kidderminster
Salary: OTE up to £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We’re looking for a qualified Automotive Technician to join our busy workshop. As a welcome, we’re offering a £750 signing-on bonus.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Clarks of Kidderminster, a well-established, family-run dealership that has proudly served the West Midlands for over 70 years. Representing Kia, Omoda, Jaecoo, we are looking to recruit a Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join our friendly and professional workshop team.

The Role

  • Carry out servicing, MOT preparation, repairs, and general maintenance to manufacturer standards
  • Accurately diagnose vehicle faults using modern diagnostic equipment
  • Complete job cards and documentation in line with company and compliance standards
  • Undertake pre-delivery inspections and vehicle preparation
  • Work effectively as part of a team while also managing tasks independently
  • Liaise professionally with customers regarding vehicle work when required

About You

  • Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work to a high standard
  • Strong attention to detail and care for customers’ vehicles
  • Previous technician experience is advantageous but not essential

Working Hours

  • Full time: Monday to Friday
  • Saturday mornings on a rota (paid as overtime)
